In a world full of quick diet fixes, the real key to lasting health changes is often missed. It’s not about short-term solutions, but about changing our lifestyle for the better. That’s where eating more plants comes in. As a health coach, I’ve seen amazing changes in people who’ve shifted to a plant-based diet. This isn’t just about losing weight—it’s about feeling more alive.
I’ve worked with many clients who’ve turned their lives around by eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Their stories are incredible, showing that when we eat better, we live better. From dropping extra pounds to feeling more energetic, their experiences prove how powerful a plant-based diet can be.
In this blog, with their permission, I’m sharing some of these inspiring stories. These aren’t just success stories; they’re proof that with the right food and a bit of determination, anyone can achieve better health. Let’s get inspired by these journeys and see how plants can truly transform us.
Transformation!
Bev has lost over 150 pounds. She is now off of insulin. She has gone from not being able to stand for 10 seconds to starting to work out in the gym. She has dropped 4 shirt sizes.
Myles lost 96 pounds in 14 months. His energy improved significantly. His joints feel better and he is no longer borderline hypertensive.

Clare lost 30 pounds and achieved a reduction in her cholesterol levels, successfully keeping all her lab results within the normal range. This represents a significant transformation from her health status prior to adopting a whole food, plant-based diet.

Recently, I’ve compiled a series of inspiring personal transformation stories from the documentary “Eating You Alive.” It features incredible accounts of individuals who have overcome health challenges such as obesity, heart disease, lupus, psoriasis, and diabetes, among others, by reversing their chronic conditions. All of these powerful transformations are a direct result from each eating a Whole Food Plant Based Diet. You’re invited to watch the full documentary (link provided above) or check out this condensed version, which includes 11 powerful testimonies.
Are you not happy with your health right now? What’s stopping you from making it better?
I just finished a book that really opened my eyes about moving forward and the decisions we make. The book said that everyone faces tough situations. It’s just part of life. But here’s the cool part: we get to pick our challenges.
Think about it. Hitting the gym three times a week? Tough, sure. But so is ending up weak and frail later on because you skipped out on exercise.
And yeah, starting to eat more veggies might seem hard at first, but it’s nothing compared to dealing with diabetes, heart problems, or being overweight because you didn’t make that change.
It’s all about choices. Choose your HARD.
God Bless!
