Hi, I’m Mike Thomas

I’ve been where you are. After nearly 30 years in corporate America, I understand the unique challenges busy professionals face. My passion for helping people led me to make significant lifestyle changes in my early 50s, resulting in dramatic improvements in my own health and the lives of my clients. As a healthcare professional, board-certified Health Coach (NBHWC), and board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, I am dedicated to guiding others on their journey to better health.

I find tremendous joy in witnessing my clients achieve exciting results. From increased energy and reduced stress to the alleviation of chronic pain, the transformations I see are truly inspiring. I’ve been married to my beloved wife for over 32 years, and we have three wonderful children. As an avid runner, I strive to model the principles of a healthy lifestyle every day.

It’s ironic that I spent many years as a pharmacist, helping people manage their medications, only to now help clients become so healthy that they can potentially reduce or eliminate those same medications. The joy I experience from seeing my clients transform their lives is unmatched. They tell me that my passion and compassion make a real difference, and I coach without judgment because we all face challenges. My mission is to support those who seek a healthier life, providing the guidance and encouragement needed to thrive.

Some fun facts about me

  • Favorite Hobby: When I’m not coaching, as my wife and I are now empty nesters you can find me with her outside (usually on our pontoon boat) or traveling to see our kids in various parts of the country. I also love running and run several 5k runs in my area.
  • Guilty Pleasure: I can’t resist a good suspenseful movie night.
  • Pet Peeve: I have a “slight” obsession (lol) with keeping my workspace organized (and my kitchen clean).
  •  Unexpected Skill: Love to dance. Check out me and my daughter dancing at her wedding
  • Favorite Food: I absolutely love my wife’s home-made pasta sauce. Her parents moved to America from Italy. YUM!
  •  What is most important to me? My family and my faith.  God has granted me many gifts in my life.
  •  Favorite Quote: “Progress, not perfection.” It’s a mantra I live by and share with my clients.
  •  Mask this Well:  I am very introverted, however most people I meet don’t agree.  I’ve been working at it for nearly 60 years and am pretty good at “faking it”. Lol
