INGREDIENTS
Cooked Brown Rice 3 cups
Black beans 2 cans drained
2 Cans of Kernel Corn drained
Salsa verde (or your favorite Salsa) – 3 Heaping tablespoons
Add ons:
Flour or corn tortillas
Fresh Diced tomatoes
Spinach
Sliced avocados Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix brown rice, black beans, corn and salsa together and heat in microwave for 2 minutes possibly 1 extra if not warm enough
Use this mixture as a base for tacos. Use tortillas, tomatoes, spinach avocado and spinach for fast tacos
