Spinach Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Spinach 8 oz

Flaxseed 1/4th cup

1 ripe banana

Frozen fruit (Blueberries, Strawberries, Mango) 2-3 cups

Non-sweetened Plant milk 1 cup (adjust to your smoothie thickness preference)

DESCRIPTION

Great convenient way to get more fruits and veggies! Taste Great!

DIRECTIONS

Put it all in a blender and blend at high speed for 30-60 seconds.
