Veggie Kebabs

INGREDIENTS

VEGGIES

Large Red Pepper – cut into large pieces

Red Onion – same

Green Pepper – same

Zucchini-same

Whole mushrooms -same

Cherry tomatoes

Pineapple chunks

SEASONING:

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Onion Powder – 1 teaspoon

Pepper -1/2 teaspoon

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Soy Sauce -1/2 teaspoon

Sriracha -1 teaspoon

Balsamic Vinegar- 3 tablespoons

DIRECTIONS

Cut veggies then marinate in spice mixture for 15 minutes
Put on skewer in variety that you like
Put kabobs on grill for 10-15 minutes at med to high heat. Turn over kabobs about 6 minutes in. You want to cook the kabobs until they are nicely charred.
