Dr. Fuhrman’s Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1⁄4 cup raisins

1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar

1⁄2 cup water

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (I like Grey Poupon)

1 garlic clove, chopped

1⁄4 teaspoon thyme

1⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend until well combined.
