30 Years as a pharmacist to Health Coaching

In December 2016, a friend introduced me to the idea of lifestyle medicine, emphasizing the benefits of making changes to potentially prevent and maybe even reversing heart disease. Skeptical at first, I researched and found it to be true. So, on January 1, 2017, I began my new lifestyle health journey. Over six years, I dropped 35 pounds, lowered my bad cholesterol (LDL) to under 100, and felt a surge in energy while eliminating chest pain.

Helping Others

In the fall of 2018, I started coaching others in embracing lifestyle changes related to energy, diet, exercise, stress, and social connections. Many of my clients have successfully reduced or completely stopped their medications as their health improved. This newfound career as a health and wellness coach, along with my pharmaceutical background, has equipped me to support individuals in managing chronic health conditions.
