- Mike Thomas is a dynamic health coach and speaker with over 35 years of experience as a pharmacist and nearly 30 years as a leader with a major drug store chain. Throughout his career, Mike has been dedicated to helping individuals achieve better health and wellness. Based in central Illinois, he brings his expertise and passion to audiences across the region, focusing on three critical areas: Improved Energy, Lower Stress, and Weight Loss.
- Mike is board-certified in lifestyle medicine (DipACLM) and is a board-certified health coach (NBHWC). Over the past six years, he has successfully coached numerous clients, guiding them to reverse diseases such as obesity, hypertension, and diabetes. Many of his clients have been able to discontinue their medications, and some have achieved remarkable weight loss of 90 to 150 pounds.

He aims to inform and inspire people, drawing from his personal journey of overcoming poor health, weight issues, and stress after turning 50.
