7 Can Chili

INGREDIENTS

1/2 small onion

1 can of pinto beans

1 can of kidney beans

1 can of black beans

1 can of corn.

1 can of Amy’s black bean vegetable soup

1 can of Diced Tomatoes

1 can of Ro-Tel diced tomatoes (with green chili’s)

1 tablespoon of chili powder

2 teaspoons of ground cumin

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

Dice 1/2 of a small onion and sauté in pot for 4 minutes.
Open the 7 cans and drain only the pinto beans, kidney beans black beans and corn. Add all cans to the pot and add chili powder, ground cumin and garlic powder. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
