1,2,3 Oatmeal + Fruit

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of Rolled Oats

2 Cups of Water

3 Minutes in Microwave

1 Banana diced

Blueberries 1/2 cup

Strawberries 1/2 cup diced

Walnuts 1/4th cup

Raisins 1/2 cup

Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Shredded Coconut 1 Tablespoon

DESCRIPTION

Coach Mike has this for breakfast or lunch nearly every day! Tons of flavor, fiber and takes 7 minutes to make! Drink a lot of water during and after meal πŸ‘πŸΌ

DIRECTIONS

Cook oatmeal for 3 minutes in microwave
Add fruit and spices and enjoy!
Makes nearly 3 pounds of food!

1/2 can be put in fridge and them enjoyed the following day (heat im microwave for 2 minutes)
