Mike Thomas
A registered pharmacist turned board-certified health coach (NBHWC). After nearly 30 years in corporate America, I pursued my passion for helping people and established my health coaching business in 2018. My journey into health coaching began with the profound positive changes I experienced by embracing the pillars of lifestyle medicine—healthy eating, consistent movement, strong social connections, getting adequate, quality sleep and effective stress management.
Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of helping many individuals reverse conditions like obesity, type 2 diabetes, and hypertension. My clients consistently come away with more energy, less stress, and reduced chronic pain.
